Privacy notice
This notice covers the Deals Machine website. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. We collect nothing else through the site.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one reason: to answer your request. That might mean sending you the shop drawing you asked for, or replying to your question. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
Your details are not sold, rented or traded to anyone. They are used only by us, to reply to you.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track your visit, build a profile of you or follow you around the web.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. To ask, write to stephanie.bradley@dealsmachine.co or send a note through the contact form. If we ever write to you and you would rather we did not, reply stop and we will not contact you again.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
